The design of Silicon Carbide Rod Clamp takes into account various technical specifications and working environment requirements of silicon carbide rods to ensure their full performance.

The silicon carbon rod fixture is fixed with a connecting strap, and the connecting wires of the contact elements are made of aluminum textile tape or multi-layer aluminum foil. The end of the wire is connected to the busbar. To avoid stress transmission to the component, the length of the wire should be slightly greater than the straight-line distance between the component and the busbar.

The clamp outside only serves for clamping purposes and is not used for conducting electricity. The end of the wire is connected to the busbar. To avoid stress transmission to the component, the length of the wire should be slightly greater than the straight-line distance between the component and the busbar.
2)When the furnace starts to be powered on, the voltage should be gradually and slowly increased. Do not fill the load at once, otherwise it may cause component damage due to excessive surge current.
3)The connection method of the heating element: An aluminum foil strip needs to be installed at the cold end where the connecting strip is coated with metal aluminum for connection to the power supply. All types of connecting tapes are folded from multiple layers of aluminum foil tapes.
It is fastened to the cold end of the electric heating element by two steel plates with screws, and the aluminum foil strip connected to the busbar is tightly rolled with a special aluminum rolling head. Mechanical stress must not be transmitted to the heating element through aluminum foil tape, so the length of the connecting tape must be longer than the linear distance between the end of the heating element and the busbar. There should be a margin of at least 25mm in length.
