Product description
Aluminum oxide hollow sphere is a new type of high-temperature insulation material, which is made by melting and blowing industrial aluminum oxide in an electric furnace, with a crystal form of a-Al2O3 microcrystals. Using alumina hollow spheres as the main body, various shapes of products can be made, with a maximum operating temperature of 1800 ℃. The mechanical strength of the products is high, several times that of general lightweight products, while the bulk density is only half of that of corundum products. It has been widely used in high-temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns such as gasification furnaces in the petrochemical industry, carbon black industrial reaction furnaces, and induction furnaces in the metallurgical industry, achieving very satisfactory energy-saving effects.

1) Product Features
High operating temperature: It can reach temperatures above 1750 degrees and has good thermal stability. The rate of change of the re burning line is small, and it can be used for a longer period of time.
Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body: Nowadays, the use of high-temperature resistant materials belongs to heavy bricks with a volume density of 2.6-3.0g/cm, while alumina hollow ball bricks have a volume density of only 1.1-1.5g/cm. For the same cubic meter volume, using alumina hollow ball bricks can reduce the weight by 1.1-1.9 tons.
Save materials: To achieve the same operating temperature, the price of using heavy bricks is comparable to that of alumina hollow sphere bricks, and a considerable amount of insulation refractory materials are also required. If alumina hollow sphere bricks are used, 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy bricks can be saved per cubic meter, and 80% of refractory insulation materials can be saved.
Energy saving: Aluminum oxide hollow spheres have obvious insulation properties with low thermal conductivity, which can achieve good insulation effect, reduce heat dissipation, improve thermal efficiency, and thus save energy. The energy-saving effect can reach over 30%.
