Product Overview

Industrial Refractory Plates are rigid ceramic components used to support, separate, protect, and position products during firing, sintering, heat treatment, and other high-temperature processes. They can be supplied as support plates, setters, separators, furnace liners, or custom structural components.
We manufacture refractory plates in high-alumina, mullite, and alumina-mullite grades. Material selection is based on working temperature, mechanical load, thermal cycling, furnace atmosphere, support span, and plate dimensions-not temperature rating alone.

Product Features

High-Temperature Stability
High-alumina and mullite ceramics are designed for elevated-temperature environments where conventional materials may lose strength or dimensional stability. The suitable service temperature depends on material grade, load, geometry, atmosphere, and heating cycle.
Controlled Thermal Expansion
Mullite-based ceramics have relatively low thermal expansion, helping reduce dimensional change and thermal stress during repeated heating and cooling. This is useful for kiln furniture and applications involving frequent thermal cycling.
Stable Mechanical Support
Dense refractory plates provide a rigid surface for setters, trays, ceramic components, and other furnace loads. Plate thickness, material grade, and support spacing should be selected together according to the actual load and operating conditions.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Our approximately 40,000 m² production area is organized into eight process-based workshops, including crushing, batching, molding, bonding, drying, finished-product, and maintenance areas. Equipment includes mixers, crushers, hydraulic presses, sintering furnaces, cutting and forming machines, and testing and inspection equipment. These facilities support controlled processing and large-volume production.
For custom plates, production can follow an approved drawing or sample. Inspection can cover length, width, thickness, hole or slot position, edge condition, and surface quality according to agreed requirements.
For repeat orders, approved material and dimensional specifications can be retained to support batch-to-batch consistency.

Applications

Ceramic firing: Supporting ceramic components, setters and trays during firing and sintering.
Industrial kilns: Used as support plates, separators and kiln-furniture components.
Heat treatment: Positioning components during controlled thermal cycles.
Powder processing: Carrying compacted materials through high-temperature stages.
Furnace maintenance: Replacement plates produced from drawings, samples or existing dimensions.

Custom & Wholesale Supply

We support wholesalers, distributors, furnace manufacturers, and industrial users with bulk, OEM, replacement, and repeat orders.
Custom options include length, width, thickness, holes, slots, grooves, edge profiles, and surface finishing.
For quotation, provide the plate dimensions, quantity, working temperature, load, heating cycle, furnace atmosphere, support spacing, and drawing or sample if available. These details allow the appropriate material grade and plate design to be evaluated before production.
The factory reports export experience covering markets including South Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, and other international destinations.

FAQ

Q: Which material should I choose?

A: High alumina is generally considered for demanding high-temperature and load-bearing applications, while mullite is often selected where lower thermal expansion and thermal cycling are important.

Q: Can you manufacture custom sizes?

A: Yes. Non-standard dimensions, thicknesses, holes, slots, and special geometries can be produced according to drawings or samples.

Q: Can the plates be reused?

A: They can be reused when the material grade, dimensions, support configuration, load, and thermal cycle are appropriate for the application.

Q: Can you supply wholesale quantities?

A: Yes. Bulk, OEM, replacement, and repeat orders can be arranged according to approved specifications.

Q: What information is needed for quotation?

A: Dimensions, quantity, temperature, load, furnace conditions, support configuration, and drawing are recommended.

Q: Can technical data be reviewed before ordering?

A: Yes. Grade-specific technical specifications can be reviewed during technical evaluation before production.
