Preparation work before wiring
Check if the equipment is in good condition and if the accessories are complete.
Ensure that the power supply is two-phase 380V/50HZ, and use a multimeter to measure the power supply to ensure accuracy.
Connect the device independently to an air switch (specification>63A).
Specific wiring steps
Remove the plug, fix the silicon molybdenum rod with a fixture and tighten it.
Gently place the silicon molybdenum rod into the furnace, ensuring that the distance between the silicon molybdenum rod and the bottom plate of the furnace is about 15mm to prevent thermal deformation of the heating element.
Connect the silicon molybdenum rods using aluminum foil, connect the exposed cold ends together using single-phase series connection method, and then connect them to the KSY-12D-18 thyristor temperature controller.
Ensure that the terminals of the silicon molybdenum rod are in close contact with the white aluminum head of the cold end to prevent sparking. ‌

The wiring of the silicon molybdenum rod should be in close contact with the white aluminum head at the cold end to avoid sparking. ‌
The hot end of the silicon molybdenum rod should be at a certain distance from the furnace wall to prevent damage to the furnace wall and fracture of the silicon molybdenum rod. ‌
The terminal clamp of the silicon molybdenum rod must be tightened as much as possible to prevent sparking.
Before wiring the silicon molybdenum rod, the heater must be powered off and allowed to cool down for a period of time. ‌
