First, turn on the black button "Control Power" on the right, then turn on the second green button "Circuit On" on the right. When turning off, first turn off the red button "Main Circuit Off" in the middle, and then turn off the black button "Control Power" on the right. Other buttons: Long press the orange button on the left called "trolley out" to turn on the stove, and long press the second green button on the left called "trolley in" to close the stove door.
First, press the "PRG" button on the right side of the control cabinet dial to switch between the current state and the preset state. We select the preset state and press the "SEL" button on the right to set the program. The program has four sections: "00", "01", "02", and "03". The up and down keys in the middle of the dial can adjust the numerical value. If the dial display shows "T" at the * * - position, it indicates that the temperature is being set at this time; if the dial display shows "t" at the * * - position, it indicates that the heating time is being set at this time; The U and F values are adjusted by the technician and do not require any movement. Adjust everything according to your desired program segment

The operating temperature of the silicon molybdenum rod resistance furnace is 500~1700 ° C. The normal operating temperature is around 1450 ° C (with a lifespan of up to 2000 hours). When the temperature is too low, the silicon molybdenum rod undergoes weak oxidation and evaporates. When the temperature exceeds 1710C, the protective layer of silicon dioxide begins to melt, and the silicon molybdenum rod quickly fails. Between 500-1700C, a dense silicon oxide film forms on the surface of the silicon molybdenum rod to prevent further oxidation and maintain stability. Therefore, starting from room temperature, the heating time is short and the heating power is relatively high. When the furnace is not in use temporarily, the furnace temperature can be adjusted to 1000C.
