Custom Furnace Heating Elements are electric resistance heating components for high-temperature furnaces, kilns, sintering systems, heat-treatment equipment, and laboratory furnaces. We manufacture Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements in customized shapes, dimensions, resistance values, and connection configurations.
For OEM and replacement projects, elements can be manufactured from CAD drawings, dimensional sketches, physical samples, or electrical parameters, allowing the specification to be matched to the customer's furnace.

SiC & MoSi₂ Material Options
SiC Heating Elements are widely used for high-temperature electric heating, particularly in air-fired furnace systems. Silicon carbide combines electrical resistance with high-temperature stability, making it suitable for applications where many metallic heating elements are no longer practical. Available configurations include ED, U, DB, H, W, SC, SCR, and UX, with selected products specified for element temperatures around 1600–1625°C, depending on grade and operating conditions.
MoSi₂ Heating Elements are selected when higher element temperatures are required. In an oxidizing atmosphere, MoSi₂ can form a protective silica layer during oxidation, supporting high-temperature operation in air. Available configurations include U, W, I, L, and special shapes, with selected products specified for element temperatures up to approximately 1800–1850°C, depending on grade and operating conditions.
Element temperature is not the same as furnace chamber temperature. Actual limits depend on grade, atmosphere, surface loading, furnace design, and installation.

Selected U-type SiC elements are available in diameters of approximately 14–30 mm, while dimensions and resistance can be customized according to the furnace design.

Correct electrical matching helps the element operate within the intended furnace electrical design and reduces the risk of specification incompatibility or excessive electrical loading.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
The manufacturing facility covers approximately 40,000 m² and includes eight process-based workshops for material preparation, batching, molding, bonding, drying, resistance adjustment, finishing, and maintenance. Finished elements are checked according to the approved specification, with attention to dimensions, resistance, surface condition, and finished-element integrity. For repeat orders, approved specifications can be retained as production references.
